Improved Bottom Line - Ziggity Big Z Drinker - Ideal for Larger Birds [13 Nov 2009]
The Big Z Drinker from Ziggity systems Inc. is the perfect drinker for broiler breeders. Enclosed nipple-type watering systems have proven to be great drinkers for broiler applications. However, those same drinkers are not suitable for parent stock applications. the froce and frequency of the broiler breeder's pecking can cause conventionally sized drinkers to wear out far faster than normal.
Ziggity's big Z Drinker is substantially larger than conventional drinkers both in weight and size and is engineered to withstand the abuse. It is virually impervious to wear, and water discharge remains consistent, preventing oversupply. This means litter/slats stay drier, reducing the amount of ammonia released. Less ammonia and catch cup free drinking creates a healthier environment for the birds, which translates into improved performance.
